Which one is right for you?

Stay on Free if…

you want to know your food cost and price your menu properly. Most small kitchens can run on Free for good.

Go Premium if…

you make components (doughs, sauces, bases), sell in sizes, buy from several suppliers, or want to know which dishes actually earn their place on the menu.

Does Premium pay for itself?

A simple example: menu engineering shows one popular dish is underpriced, and you raise it by $1. If you sell 40 a week, that's about $170 a month, more than ten times the Monthly plan. Your numbers will be different. That's the point of measuring them.

Pricing questions

Is the free version a trial?

No. Free has no time limit and no limit on ingredients or recipes. You only pay if you want the Premium tools.

Can I try Premium first?

Monthly is the easiest way: one month for $15, then cancel if it isn't for you. You can also open Settings and choose "Load sample data" to see how a full kitchen looks.

What happens if I stop paying?

The Premium tools lock and everything else keeps working. Your ingredients, recipes and history stay on your computer. Pay again later and the Premium tools come back with your data still there.

Do the plans renew?

Yes. Monthly, 6 months and Yearly renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

How many computers does a plan cover?

One. Each paid plan covers one installation. The free app can go on as many computers as you like.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe, from the Plans screen inside the app. MenuCents never sees or stores your card number.
